The focal point of the entire location is an Island Oasis featuring a 350’ lazy river, an Italian-inspired gazebo, and a relaxing spa-type pool with a water-wall fountain.

    1,500 SQ FT

It is ideal for receptions. If you treasure a “swinging and raucous” birthday celebration, then the ICONIC Ballroom is an eclectic space for you! It can be transformed into a “night-life” atmosphere for your exclusive evening with star-light ceilings, mirrored walls, “disco-dance floor,” and up-lights for a rocking evening. Boogie down at the ICONIC!

Ideal for small parties, the Regency Ballroom features beautiful chandeliers, a mirrored wall, and hand-painted walls if your heart desires an elegant setting for your birthday soiree. With two separate spaces, the Regency Ballroom also has a great foyer space and is well situated to other parts of the hotel. Ideal for ceremonies or small receptions.

If you are looking for a really special location, this beautiful outdoor garden space is an ideal setting for an intimate outdoor birthday gathering. The garden area is surrounded by a flowered trellis for a semi-private feel and boasts a perennial garden bursting with seasonal texture and a lush plant life offering great photography backgrounds for selfies. You can reserve a portion or all of this dream outdoor venue for a romantic birthday.

Competing outdoor venues give you many choices for a fabulous outside birthday event. Especially if you want the feeling of an Italian-inspired theme, then the Courtyard Oasis lives up to its name. This area features a 350-foot lazy river, a relaxing spa-type lounge pool with a water-wall fountain, poolside private cabanas, and semi-private cabana-style seating areas. It provides lots of activities for everyone and every personality who attends your party. The Island Oasis features glow-lit furniture seating and is visible from our Oasis Junior Suites as well as our interior Tower guest rooms and our Tuscany Ballroom foyer. The private cabanas are available at a food and beverage minimum cost per day and can be serviced by the Brasserie or Venetian Bar.

The Presidential Floor Event Space with a city view is ideal for a top floor birthday that will make you an urban legend! The space can accommodate up to 150 guests in rounds or up to 200 guests in a reception-style setup. This space is ideal housing for overnight guests. The entire floor provides access to our luxury designer suites, junior suites and an additional 12 rooms for overnight guests so it can serve as your own private floor.   • The Brasserie Restaurant features an array of chef-inspired dishes – from light to hearty – in an open, decorative and comfortable setting under an intimate brilliance chandelier ring.
  • The Audrey Wine Room I, Signature Dining at its finest in the perfect place for a personalized fine-dining experience for that special commemoration with seating for 2 or more while adorned with Audrey Hepburn décor under a glamorous chandelier and wall-rack selection of premium wines.
  • The Audrey II, Intimate Signature Dining is a more private setting, this room is ideal for an intimate group of 10 – 12 persons savoring in the décor of Audrey Hepburn displaying a glamorous chandelier.
  • The Venetian Lounge is where you will find beverages, burgers, and snacks with a view of the inviting island oasis or any one of our giant LED screen TV’s perfect for entertaining or enjoying a night cap.

What is the rental charge?

Some meeting rooms provide food benefits just as all the fundamental gear (tables, seats, cloths, flatware, etc.), while others offer just the room, where you are responsible for any hardware rentals. The hotel will provide meal supervisor who will be available upon the arrival of your event at no additional charge.

You can select your own caterer. This way you can have precisely what you need, and you have control of costs. We can place you in contact with different providers. This will be clarified when you visit us to make the arrangements.

What is your liquor policy?

If the hotel is providing food for your event, we incorporate a full drink menu for which we charge depending how many visitors and the amount of alcohol served.

Will we be able to pick our own music, DJ or entertainment?

Absolutely. You can work with our technical staff on the details. We operate a 90dB sound limiter. Acoustic or intensified music is limited.
